This marketing site uses no trackers. Customer deployments keep data on-site by design.
What this page is about
This policy covers strangstad.com — the public marketing site and shop. Customer deployments (Saga, Aella, Skjal, and the rest) keep data on the customer’s own metal. Those sites have their own operators and their own records.
What we do not do
No marketing cookies. No third-party analytics pixels. No ad networks. No silent social SDKs. Theme and language stay in the browser.
What we store when you write to us
The contact form and the public Aella chat store the message, a time, and the address you gave, so we can answer. We do not sell that data. We do not feed it to a public model trainer.
Shop and payments
An order needs an email, a payment reference, and — for merch — a size and a shipping address. Bank transfer is the live path today. If a payment provider is enabled later, they see what that rail requires, not your whole site.
Logs
The web server keeps ordinary access logs (time, path, status, IP) so we can keep the site up. We do not build marketing profiles from them.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete contact and chat rows that are not required for a live order or a legal hold. Write via the contact form.
Customer sites
Aella, Skjal, Saga, and Heim on your LAN are not this website. Their data stays where you installed them. We cannot see those rooms from strangstad.com.
